As we move towards a new generation of legendary artists in the making, we take a look at some of the tales they'll be telling in the form of our series on Juicebox Music - "Fables". Etching their mark in today's world with their unique & powerful style, these individuals have a special destiny waiting for them. 

The second edition of "Fables" sees us travelling across the world in the quest of discovering unique auditory visions. Please welcome 'Nacho Lopez', 'Gabo Martin' & 'Mattim' from Argentina, 'ALURIA' & 'Zalvador' from United States, 'Cloaked' from United Kingdom, 'Redspace' from Russia, 'Maze 28' from Albania, 'Randle' from Malta and finally, 'Rockka' & 'SAJAY' from Sri Lanka. PREMIERE: Maze 28 - Abyss Rhythm [Juicebox Music]

n artist with a diverse and storied relationship with the dance music scene, GMJ & Matter are proud to see Kasper Koman make his label debut with the twin-track “Sinking Sky / Biome”.

A veteran of more than a century of production credits dating back to a 2008 debut, Kasper Koman has seen his work signed to myriad high-profile labels including the likes of Plattenbank, Anjunadeep and Guy J’s Lost & Found. From central Netherlands, Kasper has combined trademark emotion with a powerful and evocative sound that has seen his music supported by such leading tastemakers as Guy Mantzur, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo and Guy J himself.

Now debuting on Meanwhile, the “Sinking Sky” opener is characterised by a driving beat and metronomic hi-hat pattern. A running 16th note bassline pattern enters the fray in the second movement with a fizzing vibrancy provided by resonating and filtered effects. A cast of additional characters add to the overall sonic landscape including a beautifully juxtaposed pad progression. A spine-tingling breakdown provides acetylene-edged emotion via the extended bassline motif, before hitting its stride once more in the latter stages to wondrous effect and no small amount of production talent.

“Biome” continues the narrative of raw effects-laden power, while a strong kick lays the foundation for a piercing percussive groove, adding swing to the off-beat. A well-crafted sonic palette supplies a soft chord progression of Kraftwerk-inspired imagination as a meandering array of well-placed effects, white-noise washes and rasping bass notes create a mosaic of sounds. The result is a hypnotic, angular offering that keeps listener interest piqued without a central melody seeing the 6-minute piece fly past in an instant.

A welcome return to the world of progressive house sees Kasper Koman enchant and enthral with “Sinking Sky / Biome”.

The well known Colombian artist KAMILO SANCLEMENTE @kamilosanclemente returns to Univack with an ambitious two-original EP.

'Delusion'' is an special Progressive House track, with a lot of elements which make an amazing groove with its percussions and synth sounds. Maybe it has less melodic elements  than other tracks by this artist, but it's more exciting an effective for the hottest moments of your sets.

'Whale Voices' is a track halfway between Organic House and Progressive House, track with a lot of melodic and percussive elements, which print a magical, epic and emotional harmony, specially in its breakdown. An amazing piece that shows the versatility of this great artist.

Eros, is the 7th EP of Various Artist from Droid9 South America, it includes 3 original mixes of pure Progressive House made by great artists. Among them are Argentine producers such as Konte, Andres Moris, Colou Befu and Ignacio Berardi.

Voice of experience, is the first track on this EP, made by Konte. In this track you can appreciate an ambient and dark sound, along with a very well achieved base, accompanied by a deep house sound to some extent. This creation keeps us in tune all the time, it is an ideal track for any time of the night, either at the end of a warm up or to generate a calmer atmosphere in an extensive set.

Into the light, is the second track, made by Andres Moris. This track obtained the support of Guy J (Echos 11/13/2020), in it we can notice in this creation a fine mixture in the Progressive House style, you can see solid drums accompanied by a powerful bassline, which when combined With the melody it begins to take us on a one-way trip to another dimension. Everything that seemed heavenly turns dark, minimal-style sounds begin to enter our ears which keeps the crowd to keep moving. It is an ideal track for any type of environment , in which listeners will go through different states of mind when being heard.

Sayonara, third track compiled by Colou Befu and Ignacio Berardi. You can see in this creation, a mix between an aggressive yet hypnotic and enveloping sound that progressively mutates and takes us on a journey from beginning to end. The combination of drums, melody and bass makes it sustain a good groove for the dance floor, which holds us to the floor and keeps us in constant motion. Undoubtedly this track can be used to exploit the night on any given dancefloor
