Vexed Sphere is proud to present its first vinyl release, 'VS4 - Various Artists', featuring four techno producers based in North America. On the A side, Müzmin (San Francisco) delivers 'Acid Sag', a peak-time, twisting, mental, stomping frenzy, and JX-216 (San Francisco) provides a thunderous, percussive drum workout with 'Argenteum'. FadeFace (NYC) opens the B side with 'Dispatch', an infectious, intercosmic groove, and Sone (Seattle) closes the record with 'Serriform', a thick, tension-building, subterranean roller.

For this podcast edition, we invited DJ/producer T.I.M. 

Making waves for over a decade, T.I.M. is a force in the underground scene. He draws his inspiration mostly from the late 90s to early 2000 with a special love for the old sound. His sound can best be described as a dynamic mix of deep tribal grooves with an eclectic choice of records. By mixing the older but timeless vinyl with new records, but avoiding the typical hits from the charts is how he tries to find that more puristic sound.

T.I.M.'s know-how, wide musical interest, and sharing his sets at some of the most respected clubs like Tresor, Griessmuehle, Suicide Circus & Perron, are what formed his musical style. Besides deejaying T.I.M. is also responsible for bringing some quality techno into the club scene of his hometown Breda. In 2007 he began as a promotor of his club nights under the name Klankbord. 

We are happy to have him on board for the mix series. Enjoy!
