Belfast-based Popper Cherry is the co-founder of T4TB2B, the trans-focused collective she runs with Katiee.eem. Here, classic rave energy merges with safe, inclusive dance floors drenched in queer euphoria.

Her sound is an eclectic collision of jazz-house swing, soulful grooves, nu-disco shimmer, Y2K-era trance and a dash of dark, sexy Techno.
Popper Cherry's sets build around that one special emotion to remember the night by - a nostalgic dream, a burst of inspiration, or a trip through the psyche.

Taking influence from video game scores and composers such as Shoji Meguro (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona), Soichi Terada (Ape Escape) and Richard Jacques (Sonic R), her mixes are always familiar enough to feel like home, yet still surprising enough to spark a new obsession.

She has been making her name through intimate, closed gigs and community nights for the Belfast queer scene; guiding curious newcomers and dance-floor veterans alike through to memories that stick around long after the last track fades.
