The young Evangelist is sure of her call and makes it known by encouraging and leading individuals to Christ. Her inspiring, authentic and high-energy delivery of creating success in a difficult environment, turning negatives into opportunities, and fearlessly implementing social and cultural change has made many positive differences in lives of others. Ruby was licensed as an Evangelist of the Church Of God In Christ under the Hand of Bishop Frank O. White in the year of 2013. Evangelist Bias is under the leadership of Pastor Clarence Bias of Upon This Rock Ministries.
 
Her anointing and experience has gifted her with an ability to help the young, new Christians and those seasoned in Christ to prepare for, adapt to and experience transformation spiritually, economically, professionally, and socially in accordance to the Lord. One of her favorite scriptures is "be ye not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
