Roger, the composer/producer/musician behind “Rue Rapide” was born in august 1966.  At the age of 12 he started his musical carreer in a punk band, playing bass. Reggae, early electronic music and Dance were his first inspiration sources. And as you can hear a melting pot of musical influences has allways been a starting point for his compositions.

After 10 years of live performing on drums in bands like Badman Posse, Zoom and Gotcha! (wich he founded), he started working on his own music in “Studio DAC” of wich he became owner in 1998. Very succesfull productions like “Het Zakmes/The Penknife” (gouden kalf/Emmy award/Cinekid)were created in studio DAC  In 2005 he stopped working in the studio and since then he concentrates on composing and producing other artists Like Glorya, Ras Simeon, Mindel, DJ Brenda, Jah Lyde, Schweinbauch and composing and producing his own music.
