Parisian DJ and producer @OHES lines up his first release on Behzad Et Amarou Records, the label run by Concrete's resident DJs Behad and Amarou.

The four track 'Metriques Spectrales' EP includes '1987 (Bear Version)', an infectious house anthem complete with intricate percussion, a rolling bassline and shimmering synth tones. Pure dancefloor heat coming out of the French underground!

The 'Metriques Spectrales' EP vinyl release is out January 15 via @bearecords.

‘Kelham’ is the latest EP of Sheffield-based artistic duo, ‘The Native Project’, which holds their sonic map for an emotional journey through Sheffield and Kelham Island in particular who once was a powerful engine of industry and became a beating heart of culture. 

“Church”, “Shoreham Street”, “Home” and “Soul” are four separate pieces that hold the human bond which one can have with a place or even a street. The complexity of the sound tells a story of a place made by flesh and steel, while driving the vibes through your veins to make you dance.

The Italian born, Berlin based Gianfranco Barnaba is the mind behind Ruff Stuff.  He have rocked up on a host on different labels, including !K7, Shall Not Fade, Madhouse Records, Suol, Sloth Boogie and STEP Recordings. 
However, it's the work on his own label, the aptly names Ruff Stuff Music Ltd, for which he’s arguably best renowned.

Grew up during the ‘90’s electronic wave, firstly as clubber and then as DJ and vinyl enthusiast, in the mid-2000s he decided to start produce electronic music. The first steps were moved on the Idm and Ambient territories, driven by his love for ethereal melodies and intricate broken beats.

The shift to House happened after re-discovering different classic records hidden in his collection. 
From here the idea to create a music project focused on representing the vibes of the old-school House, Techno and Garage with a propensity to find the newest, freshest sounds. 

Rough samples, hypnotic melodies, groovy beats and vocals are the main ingredients that marks the Ruff Stuff’s sound.
