Un artiste francophone renaît avec GODS OF VENUS, nouveau projet
entre space disco et pop orchestrale.
Compositeur doté d’une solide carrière, l’homme a souhaité rester anonyme,
afin de donner naissance à ce nouveau projet musical qui lui tenait à coeur
depuis de longues années.
Premier single d’un EP à venir, « Wings Of Life » mêle piano et synthés
romantiques, envolées de cordes et basses tendues, sans oublier la voix
lointaine, diaphane et rêveuse de l’artiste.
La production mélant vintage et modernité (Alexandre Chatelard), qui fait
appel au talent de nombreux musiciens tout aussi mystérieux, évoque tour-àtour
la space disco, mais aussi l'école française de l’arrangement et de
l’orchestration, volontiers lyrique, qui connût son heure de gloire dans les
années 1970 (Michel Colombier) ou à partir des 90's de leurs héritiers : AIR,
Bertrand Burgalat, ou encore Sebastien Tellier.

A french artist is reborn with GODS OF VENUS, a new project between space
disco-disco and orchestral pop.
Composer with a solid career, the man wanted to remain anonymous, to give
birth to this new musical project that had been important to him for many
years.
First single of an upcoming EP, "Wings Of Life" mixes piano and romantic
synths, soaring strings and low tones, not to mention the distant, diaphanous
and dreamy voice of the artist.
The vintage production, which draws on the talent of many equally mysterious
musicians, evokes alternately the cosmic disco of the crossroads of the 1970s
and the 1980s, but also the French school of arrangement and music.
