Rui Santoro was born on November 3, 1987, and is a native of Aveiro.
From an early age music was part of her life. At the age of 8, he began his studies of Classical Music at the Conservatory, and at 15 he was the speaker and author of a weekly program on Voz da Ria radio. Parallel to the pursuit of his studies, his enthusiasm and talent around Music persisted and stood out.
In 2004, he began his career as a DJ.
Despite his young age, Rui Santoro has already guaranteed his presence as a DJ in some of the main Clubs from North to South of Portugal. In 2011, his passion for music dance and talent in musical composition, led this young Dj to invest in his career as a Producer. His first steps of production were given in collaboration with the best, Octavio Pimenta Sousa and his partner the Producer Luís Jardim, considered one of the best producers in the world, both for his vast experience in composition and musical production, and for the production works he developed with great names in international music: Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Cher, Björk, Bee Gees among others.
His first track "FEEL US" features the voice of British soul and pop artist Shaun Antony. The originality and success of this theme of dance music is confirmed by its presence in several national and international radios. Rui Santoro also produced some remixes, among which "VERDES ANOS" by Portuguese fadista Carlos Paredes stands out.
The internationalization of this Dj / Producer comes in 2012.
The international invitations are the result of professional growth and the affirmation of this artist, and marks a new stage in his career. In the first half of 2012, Rui Santoro presents his work in some countries, namely Switzerland, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil.
This Dj / Producer is also Model, having integrated several fashion jobs, is also a finalist of the Law Course, at the Lusófona University of Porto.
But his passion for music is so great that he took on the career of DJ / Producer as his main way of life.
When you are not in the studio or in the cabins, you enjoy being with family and friends, or practicing sports, especially surfing. Whenever you can, it is at sea that you take refuge to renew energies!
