This is the first project released by the music movement formerly known as Rukhus. It was put together by four brothers who live in different parts of the country so everything had to be done virtually/digitally, or from a "Long Distance.”

The Artists | The Music | The Movement – Rukhus

Rukhus (pronounced like “ruckus”) is a creative collective of rappers, singers, record producers, film makers, and visual artists. Based out of Austin, Texas, the self proclaimed “Artistic Movement” brings a unique perspective to what it is to be an “artist.” The main contributors, and founding members, are brothers Zae Rukhus and Three Times. This duo is leading the charge in the music realm of the movement having released the debut project “Long Distance” in 2019 with features from singer/artist Whiskey Jenkins (oldest brother) and rapper/skater 'mogul' (yup, another brother). This modern day Rat Pack introduces a peculiar sound to the hip-hop world combining old school flows, modern beats, classic samples, and classy vocals. What would happen if Frank Sinatra collaborated with Outkast? What would it sound like if Bone Thugs made music in the 1950s? Or Johnny Cash collaborated with TDE? What if Nate Dogg, Nat King Cole, and Nipsey Hustle all booked studio time together? Well, it might cause a Rukhus, which is exactly what these muthafukhus is fin a do.

The first project is called Long Distance because none of the group were in the same states during the it's creation.
