Always liked the chords in the original, and here you've expanded on the melody while adding interesting flourishes and utilized the stereo-field in clever ways to play tricks on our ears. Source tune had a thin, mid/high range soundscape with a shrill snare-clap, but your arrange fills the low-end of the spectrum, giving the mix a more balanced and warm feel by comparison. Diggin' this one a lot. :)
