He has proved it for nearly 15 years ripping clubs & festivals all around the world as well as dropping releases on all of your favorite dance labels…but on the Missin You EP we get Ardy in his funkiest form. 
“Missin You” is a boogie bomb laced with nostalgic, longing overtones. Nicolette Sullivan casually eats with vocals echoing Motown while Ardy’s whopping bass line delivers dancefloor bliss tinted by a Marina Del Rey sunset.  On “Alive” Ardy reminds us why he’s the boss. Uplifting swells coax us to the tipping point where we are met with a rambunctious kick surrounded by pillowy string clucks & meticulously dotted bass riff..

The SPLITS series was conceived as a nod to early Punk/Disco bands splitting the cost to get 7 Inch vinyl singles pressed, with one band on each side. We are keeping that collaborative spirit alive by combining some of our favorite artists on SPLITS!
RDA alumni & Bay Area warehouse warrior FOOLiE returns with the trudging jam Detune, rising talent Vic Crulich stuns with the thunderous “Gleekin With My Feet”, label fam Ben Dragon catches air with his swiveling groover “Bounce” and the prodigious Landis LaPace smooths things out with his optimistic & light-hearted cruiser “Restore”.

Walker & Royce make their debut to Rules Don't Apply with two massive collaborations with Mindchatter and VNSSA. Gav & Sam have been busy lighting up stages and night- clubs all over, and they've finally had a moment to deliver something for their own label... it’s definitely worth the wait.

 On “Stop Time”, Elohim’s vocals glide atop a dynamic & crafty sonic landscape styled by Glass Petals & Rules Don’t Apply label bosses, Walker & Royce. Already gaining massive support from Chris Lake & Fisher’s epic closing set at Coachella, as well as Dom Dolla & Vintage Culture at Ultra Music Festival, “Stop Time” is on it’s way to anthem status- but the proof is in the pudding, not only in the DJ support.

 Masterfully paced melodies & crystal clear synths cushion your brain while Elohim’s lyrics hit your spine like a cold shower sending waves of longing excitement in every direction. What would it feel like? It feels like Walker & Royce and Glass Petals got it right on the drop, which sounds like Godzilla cutting through a submarine with gigantic rusty shears. You might recognize Glass Petals' distinct & electrifying sounds from last year’s smash Stop Time with Walker & Royce and Elohim (surpassing 3.5 million streams on Spotify alone), their ramped-up tour schedule or a prime time set at Burning Man… well, we are geeked to unleash their next dangerous single already gaining support from heavyweights Dom Dolla, Vintage Culture, Diplo AND our own rule bending forefathers Walker & Royce.
The Point is a sharp & invigorating weapon- 
darting synth stabs poke & slice a surgically aligned drum arrangement  while a cerebral vocal sample explains 
“the whole point of being is there is, no point to being..”.
Completing this full clip is a ghoulish (yet groovy) remix from RDA favorite FOOLiE.

It’s been a very busy year for Walker & Royce’s Rules Don’t Apply and we thought it’d be appropriate to end the year with some fresh-faced label fam making noise in the dance world.
RDA all-stars Basura Boyz & FENIK return with the rambunctious and thwacking "Escape". 

On "Escape" we see the boys banging it out in full force- 
a woozy & energetic bass-line defies convention while pounding drums serve as a rhythmic grid designed for devastation. Giant swells and snare-rolls galore bring tension to a tipping point..

Rule bending forefathers Walker & Royce team up with the enigmatic vocalist No/Me for the grandiose & surgical festival weapon “Run From Me”. After having been a staple in Walker & Royce sets this past year & hundreds of ID requests, we knew it was time to give up the goods.

The boys always go big, but this time they are giving sonic danger.
Monolithic bass stabs fitfully stutter, barraging a crispy & sizzling drum arrangement while No/Me delivers mesmerizing vocals.

After the firestorm he created with "Can't Stop Won't Stop" mid 2024 (along with Techno Tupac), Walker & Royce had no choice but to embrace Canada's rising mega talent Sven Lochenhoer back into the RDA family cypher. On "Keep Guessing", Sven evokes twisted studio trickery- strident drums thump & clang, empty space gets bullied by baleful wubs and a darting synth riff, while the drop sections are partitioned by escalating vocal stabs.. In a time of mass confusion Sven provides clarity with "Keep Guessing".

Walker & Royce welcome rising talent FENIK back to Rules Don’t Apply with a taunting & haunting banger. FENIK made our dreams come true with “Fantasy”- Goliath drums get peppered with a spicy bass line and slicing melodic shards, all finding resolve with a searing synth riff and sultry vocals. This has everything we need!

May 23rd 2025 is the day Rules Don’t Apply drops your new rave anthem.

Boasting over a year of nightly plays from VNSSA, Benson, Walker & Royce and other massive supports from DJ’s like Dom Dolla, Chris Lake, Tiesto, Gorgon City, Afrojack, It’s Murph and many more-  we've finally cleared the original Who Da Funk  sample and are INSANELY hyped to be releasing the soon-to-be summer anthem, “Shiny Disco Balls”!
VNSSA & Benson started teasing this bomb as far back as late 2023 and it has since been a highly sought ID that has left DJs and fans alike clamoring for its release.
On “Shiny Disco Balls” the pair evoke dancefloor mayhem with a charging sub line, classy acidic hiccups, blistering synths and a timeless vocal that you will hear echoing thru raves for years to come.

Chicago bad boy Ōsé returns to RDA with the twisted & lavish single.
On “Finer Things” Ōsé get bougie, splurging with a tenacious low end rumble, ominous synth riffs and scalding stabs. With a sound just as hot as hit online presence, Rules Don’t Apply is delighted to welcome Ōsé to the cypher.

Rules Don't Apply is honored to welcome global dance music royalty Shinichi Osawa & Princess Superstar to the gang! Shinichi has solidified himself as one of Japan's most respected dance music exports, while Princess Superstar reigns supreme as a pillar for female voices in dance music with her contributions to electroclash.. you might even remember hearing her voice in the movie Saltburn!
Walker & Royce always loved Shinichi & Princess Superstar’s hit “Detonator” and decided to give it an update for their sets.. RDA is proud to present the sizzling & titanic “Detonator (Redux)”!

Originally released on Shinichi's 2007 album "The One", Sam & Gav took it upon themselves to inject their signature next level flare to give this nostalgic gem a rework..
A tyrannical bassline fitfully whips while a wizard-tier arrangement fuses with Walker & Royce's rowdy drum design & skittering motifs… Feel the danger!
