EKØS is Candela Lacourlig's main artistic project, in which the premise is introspection through the navigation and combination of modular, industrial, and atmospheric sounds, prominent drums, and tribal rhythms; fluctuating between styles depending on the energy of the audience, ranging from raw or hypnotic to fast hypnotic, groovy or hardgroove, dnb, breaks. EKØS has been working in the Buenos Aires underground scene since 2019, developing skills as a DJ, producer, organizer, and A&R. As co-founder of Praxis Techno in La Plata, EKØS launched the label Daktilar Recordings in June 2025.
