FUN FACT: 2024's 4th of July Hotdog eating contest in Chicago's winner was Bertoletti. He ate 58 hotdogs in 10 minutes.  It'd take me over 10 minutes just to eat one...If I took my sweet time!  
Tune into the news as the 2025 Chicago hotdog eating contest is going on now--That is IF you can 'stomach' watching it! ...I think I lost my appetite just thinking about someone else scarfing it down so fast...Ew, my gag reflex is kicking in, ah oh!!

My entry for Ambient Online's One Sample Dare #56

Using the sample of a coffee machine provided for the challenge ( https://soundcloud.com/ao_onesampledare/one-sample-dare-56-sample-file ) I cut several parts of the sample out using Audacity.  These were then imported in to Ableton Live.  I then used various warping and transposing techniques to provide several  background tracks which were passed though various effects.  Some of the smaller samples cut from the original file were loaded into Live's Sampler which was played using a midi keyboard.

Rumblin Cynth Rampo is based on the South Glamorgan coast she describes herself as cacophonist. Working in the genres of ambient, industrial ambient and noise she explores the worlds of science, space, heavy industry and the deep dark places of earth (or any things that she fancies).

Her tracks are created using modular and hardware synths, soft synths, diy electronic noise boxes, bread-boarded temporary sound generators and effect as well as field recordings. 

Inspiration comes from the natural world, science and space.  Influences include Bach, Beethoven, Mahler, Pierre Schaeffer, Daphne Orme, Delia Derbyshire, Louis and Bebe Barron, Can, Cluster, Tangerine Dream, Hawkwind, Throbbing Gristle, to name but a few.
