Pete Seeger sang this song throughout his life, championing the rights of human beings around the world.

Serendipitously, the band recorded this song the same night that Pete died.

This is RUNA's version of the set of traditional bluegrass tunes, Brilliancy/Squirrel Hunter/Chinquapin Hunting/Dunbar.  Given the theme of each of the tunes, we have affectionately dubbed the set "The Hunter Set".

This track features Grammy Award-winning guest artists, Ron Block (Alison Krauss & Union Station), Jeff Taylor (Elvis Costello, Paul Simon), and Buddy Greene (Bill Gaither).

RUNA consists of vocalist and step-dancer, Shannon Lambert-Ryan of Philadelphia, Dublin-born guitarist, Fionán de Barra, Cheryl Prashker of Canada on percussion, Jake James of New York on the fiddle, and Caleb Edwards of Nashville on mandolin and vocals.
