Opening sequence is trippy as fuck.  
Pitch corrected sample is the shit.  I have spent a lot of time trying to make that effect myself.  After hearing this track.  Already.  For reals.  
Love your kick, fills out the higher bass range nicely.
Hats could be a bit more crisp and decay a bit faster.
A subtle LFO on the pitch of the background element that's all blurry and reverby could be an improvement.
Snares are reminiscient of mid 90's electronica, in a very very good way.  
Switch up the midi data on the bassline synth a teeny bit on each measure to give it a more lively feel.  
At the first break, maybe have the bassline hold or reverb out/fade or something.  
Sharpen up the piano/harpsichord part during the break, maybe give it a tiny bit of bass presence to thicken out the sound.
Put a three beat delay on the hats toward the end; doesn't have to be loud, but it will add some helpful background detail to flesh everything out.
Maybe have the timbre of the kick sample change gradually through the piece.  Perhaps the way it is in the beginning is fine, but toss a subtle flange or crunch onto it to imply an overall arc.  
My fave parts are the minimal ones, the last couple measures are really pleasing.  
Lovely outro- smooth and atmospheric.
