What amazing peace there is in this place, the sun sets over the mountains, but neither worry, nor do these birds these trees, these clouds, these rocks, this water, nor this earth. No worry anywhere except inside of me. But even my worry has been calmed by the sounds and sights of this silence. Its silence that has silenced the words in me and quieted my mind. Its beauty these orange, blue, green skys have colored me with joy and acceptance. I see that all things must preform their duty, but they do so with grace. Reminding me to do and live as they, by doing not by conflict struggle or confusion, but with elegant flow, just like the water the so very gently smooths its path to sea. I see love here and speaks to me saying go in peace and love the world, not with sadness or anger, for I am none of these. I am like the wind only changing the hearts of who I touch ever so slowly and I do so without trying. Only with love...

I have no idea how I feel about this song, but maybe you can tell me how you feel about it. Everything I write is meant to be played with other people in the future, so nothing is ever done, everything is always a draft until I find some people to play with.

I Wish

I have had an idea to create music using non-instruments/ non traditional instruments for a while. This is my second attempt at creating a song this way. This song is composed of field recordings, jars, old coffee cans, bottles, pencils, pie tins, canteens, voice, a broken ukelele, and a melodica.
