This is Arkansas state senator, Stephanie Flowers in 2019. She was on the panel for the “stand your ground” law and was told to be “quick” with her response as they were trying to breeze through it. Being the only person of color there she spoke so powerful and has the voice of many of us right now, especially the African-American mother. It’s a shame they have to think different than others when it comes to their children. She was told at one point to “calm down”. We will NOT be silenced! ✊🏽
