This work is a reflection on personal experience gained in the process of trips to various regions of Turkey on the verge of 2022 and 2023. These recordings contain audio diaries, observations, drafts that were made on a daily basis. It was built out of elements of field recordings, combined with synthesis, sampling and digital post-processing techniques and reflect my attempts to interact with the local context through sound by exploring the features of culture, everyday life, the atmosphere of urban public spaces and distant natural locations of the western and southern parts of Turkey. 

Due to the tragic consequences of a series of strong earthquakes that struck southern and central Turkey, northern and western Syria on February 6, 2023 all funds raised from the sales of this release will go to the humanitarian needs of people living in the regions subjected to destruction.
