Electro-acoustic study from one source. I chose voice. The piece uses the four things that must happen to make a sound with your voice: Respiration, Phonation, Resonation, and Articulation 

Study for Voice

With "The Disappearance", I wanted to create the unknowing tension of being in a crowd just before an apocalypse.  This piece is a glimpse of two alternate realities converging: one is pure; one is raw.  Symbolism, proportion, and time were all conceptual elements that I used to execute and shape the piece. These elements also helped to bond the musical elements into a cohesive whole. Through thinking about the finitude of life with this composition, I gain more insight into what matters most to me in this life.  Perhaps you will do the same!
