現在、世界のミニマルテクノ·ハウスシーンを凄まじい勢いで席巻しているルーマニアのアーティストたちを紹介していくパーティ“Beat In Me”。2015年の初回に登場するメインアクトは、Ricardo、RPRに継ぐルーマニアンミニマルシーンの次世代トッププロデューサーとして期待されているBaracだ。現時点でのリリースはまだ少ないものの、彼の未発表トラックはすでに数多くの素晴らしいミックスにフィーチュアされている。待望の初来日に、ぜひ注目してほしい。また、今回は“Beat In Me”を主宰するRAHAのバースデイを祝うパーティでもあり、フロアにはよりハッピーなヴァイブスが生まれることだろう。

Markovela is a Danish selector with a steady focus on long form mixing. His approach centers on storytelling and patient transitions. He works slowly and with intention, letting the music define the direction rather than steering it toward a peak.

For this mix, he explored a wide range of material and distilled it down to fifty six tracks. The result is a three and a half hour flow where the progression is smooth and gradual, and the transitions stay out of the way. The energy grows on its own terms and there is always space for the music to breathe.

Momentum is continuously built through small adjustments. Texture, timing and subtle layering carry the listener forward without breaking the flow. It is not about big gestures, but about continuity.
