Rote Fahne (2013)

For this project I collaborated with Tammo Heikens, a Sitar player who learned me a lot about the instrument but also the music culture of India. The drone consists out of piano, violins, accordeons, bowed bass, voice, harmonica, tampura and other shruti

Sitar Drone (2014)

a short string quartet composition played by the "Dudok Kwartet".
For this piece I searched for ways to work around a steady pulse by stretching notes and make them dependable from each other to maintain a balance.

Inspired by the desire to let the scream that's inside come out.
