life will seethe and roar;
It will plunge and whirl.
It will leap and shriek,
It will writhe and twist.
It will quiver in delicate fantasy,
It will glitter, flash, and shine.
It will sing gently. It will shout!
It will gallop, it will rush.
It will swell and surge, it will dance and glide.
It will soar high.
It will sound out like a terrific blare of trumpets.
It will sob and grieve and weep.
It will moan, shiver, burst!
It will rain. The rains of my feelings will come in torrents.
Think of it -- to live and have a friend!
