Here are two very close and loud thunder strikes from a storm on September 4, 2013. Recorded on my front deck with a Sennheiser MKH8040 ORTF microphone rig. It was very windy so I used a little RX2 to clean up the wind. Some light rain was falling also. Enjoy! -Frank

Last year I started developing a speech synthesis choir, a couple stacks of logic boards working with a VP-770 is about as far as I got. I wanted to play with it again before packing/moving my studio.
