Back in 2008, I began writing as a way to express myself. What started out as an exercise in recovery and self-exploration eventually ended up becoming an album of original music. With my friend Matt at my side, we ended up creating &amp; producing everything ourselves — music, art, video, web, the whole nine. This is me cozying up uncomfortably to myself and saying, “f*** it.”
