Visionquest’s Ryan Crosson, mighty duo Tale Of Us and the unique Aquarius Heaven all unite for the ‘Into Later Habits EP’ - the next release on the Visionquest imprint. A-side ‘Angel’ is a collaboration between Crosson and Tale Of Us, a multi-layered head trip with a moody intro of broken beats that builds with intricate textures until a rolling groove drives the track into another dimension. B-side ‘Head Under Water’ is structured around the penetrating and distinctive voice of Aquarius Heaven as he weaves a story of the importance of family and love. Beginning on a sparse, ambient tip with electronic bleeps and fx, the track develops with a hypnotic percussive groove that vibrates beneath the powerful narration.

One fourth of Visionquest Ryan Crosson had a creative purple patch as a solo artist in 2012 releasing the impressive, esoteric album ‘DRM’ and preceding EPs co-produced with Cesar Merveille. This year Crosson is on tour as V i s i o n q u e s t  T h i r t e e n with showcases on the worlds most spectacular stages, including Timewarp, Glastonbury and Burning Man.

The Italian/American and now Berlin dwelling Tale Of Us exploded onto the scene in 2011 with their debut ‘Dark Song EP’ for Visionquest and have since become one of the most in-demand live/DJ acts in the business. Always bringing raw, deep, and emotive strains to their music, the duo has also released on other maverick labels m_nus and Life and Death.

Aquarius Heaven is an ex-Reggae and Dancehall singer who got involved in electronic music when he met insane trio dOP in Paris, 2005. Breakthrough track ‘Universe’ came on Circus Company in 2010 and led to a release on Wolf + Lamb, ‘Can’t Buy Love’. Recently Aquarius collaborated with Miss Kittin on latest EP ‘Parallella Mundi’ for Circus Company.

Today, we’re very excited to announce He Did, a flourishing Peruvian artist, singing TZH047. Adding his own very special sound to the Tzinah catalogue, he brings a lot of deepness and a groovy vibe caught from out in the nature.  
The special bond with underground music through good and bad times, is reflected in his “Esperando el sol” EP; Expressive percussions that won’t leave you standing still, not even a second, deep basslines and natural atmos, are some of the tools that He Did is wisely using to connect us us with his organic rhythmical trips.
Also, we’re glad to welcome Andreas Bergman to the family, representing the underground sound of The Netherlands. He produces one of the remixes, with a sublime version of “Asi Te Recuerdo” setting the right mood for the start of those never-ending nights. All about those good low frequencies on this one!
Adrianho brings to the table a serious re-construction of “El Silencio De Lo Que Fue”. With Tzinah blood running in his veins and with emotion as the main ingredient, he creates a darker atmosphere with his trademark compact structuring and heavy beats.

A Motor City, Berlin, London hybrid, Ryan Crosson is a complex artistic creature. Equal parts energetic, down to earth Detroit native and ultra-refined, musical aesthete, Ryan has one ear to the club and one ear far, far beyond. Known the world over for shape shifting, shoulder shaking tracks on groundbreaking labels including M_nus, Supplement Facts, Spectral, Wagon Repair, and his own Visionquest, Ryan’s production and sampling practices depart from the worlds of house or techno by referencing musique concrète, Downtown New York funk, and East African jazz. Born and raised on a steady diet of post-apocalyptic landscapes, dark warehouses, and the sounds of Plastikman, Matthew Dear, Magda, and Villalobos, Ryan’s DJ sets aim to expand the horizon of possibility without sacrificing dance music’s core element of sweaty, hedonistic fun. His unique musical vocabulary and tireless dedication insure him a place in the dynasty of forward-thinking techno transplants.

Alongside Lee Curtiss and Shaun Reeves, Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day running of Visionquest, one of dance music’s most cherished and eclectic imprints. Ryan and his partners in Visionquest have honed a whole new landscape of lush, organic techno and esoteric leftfield electronica. In 2014, Ryan oversaw the construction of Visionquest’s newest venture—their digital arm and sub-label Brachtune. Full of off-kilter, loopy and positively circus vibes, the tracks showcased on Brachtune will remind long-time friends and fans of Ryan’s early morning sets in the notorious “Tesh Club” basement.

In addition to his work with Visionquest, 2014 was Ryan’s most prolific production career yet, with a staggering number of releases on labels such as Darkroom Dubs, Mobilee, and . Highlights include Bricolage, Ryan’s hotly anticipated first EP for Visionquest, especially the labyrinthine, twisted “Club Chimes,” a heady collaboration with long-time friend and fellow Visionquest artist Cesar Merveille. The year also saw Don’t Be Left Out, a mix CD with another fellow traveler Matt Tolfrey, which has been described as “deep, diverse, and exciting all the way through.”
