After the amazing response I received towards the first ‪#‎TenTracksWith‬ mix featuring Shadow Child - I couldn't think of anyone better, and completely different, to follow it up with than German House veteran Henrik Schwarz.

Ahead of his return to Stereo Sessions this Saturday at Thompsons Garage (Belfast) it seemed only right to focus the fifth instalment of the #TenTracksWith mix series on UK Bass pioneer, Low Steppa.

Ahead of his Belfast debut at Thompsons Garage this Saturday we decided to focus the fifth instalment of the #TenTracksWith mix series on UK Bass pioneer Martin Ikin.

Having released tracks on numerous record labels since the mid 90’s, Martin has notched up countless club smashes under his own name and his Soul Purpose alter ego as well as remixing the likes of Mariah Carey, Jamiroquai, Joey Negro, MAW, Grant Nelson, Hardsoul and many more.

'SATURDAY NIGHT HYPE' LIVE ON BLAST 106

Belfast based House DJ & Producer. 

In recent years I have been lucky enough to warm up for some of the biggest names in the industry including Jimpster, Funk D'Void, Neville Watson, Booka Shade, DJ W!LD and many more.

Throughout 2014 I continued to hold down a residency in Belfast's longest standing nightclub, Thompsons Garage - playing and promoting at our weekly underground event 'Misfit' - which takes place every Friday, and becoming involved with the clubs Saturday night party 'StereoSessions'.

Over the course of the year with 'Misfit' I was able to work alongside some amazing acts such as Carl Craig, KiNK, Deetron, Marc Romboy, Boddika, Phil Weeks, Stacey Pullen, GERD and many more.

My involvement with 'StereoSessions' gave me the opportunity to play alongside some of the biggest breakthrough acts of 2014 including Flashmob, Waze & Odyssey, Lowsteppa, B.Traits, Josh Butler and Eton Messy, to name but a few.
