I have realized that the great Swedish poet Evert Taube was my main source of inspiration. After appearing at Gröna Lund in Stockholm, he presented his dear wife with a bunch of roses.
Baggensfjärden is a beautiful part of the Stockholm archipelago and we sailed there many years ago with my sister and her family.
This song is one of his most beautiful and I played and sang it for my children when they were little. Maybe I'm not doing the song real justice!

Det är morgon vid vår strand och solen lyser
de små barnen vaknar upp för de måste komma ner
