This song is about struggling mentally and emotionally. I wrote the verses during one of the darkest points in my life. I revisited it later when I was in a better state of mind and complemented it with advice and encouragement to my former self. This track features my own take on ‘Reborn’ by Kid Cudi and Kanye West.

This is a poem I wrote at the time to express what she means to me and how I felt about the reality of losing her - a tribute to an incredibly resilient, inspiring and beautiful woman. It’s the most difficult track I’ve ever had to record. It samples ‘Tere Bin’ by Atif Aslam.
