i don't think the image is disrespectful. considering at the start says "I'm not afraid of dying, anytime will do, why should I be afraid of dying there's no reason for it you gotta go through it some day"  it shows the bravey for the man to jump off the building and face death and he accepts at the end. the meaning is honestly so beautiful I get that people think it's disgusting to use it but I think it's a nice meaning
