This isn't even my final form, I only dicked around with it for maybe 5 minutes and came up with this. I was messing around with a pitch shifter and a wah pedal. Pitch shifter as high as it can go, put the wah as low as it can go. This was the result, I hope you like it!

The title.. Seemed fitting to me.
