Genesis – Flicker Beneath the Surface
The opening feels like a transmission waking from static, thin strands of noise weaving into a trembling harmonic. The sound wavers, fragile yet purposeful, as though some dormant entity is learning how to breathe. Echoes coil inward, forming the first signs of consciousness.

Emergence – Pulse of the Subconscious

The closing minutes dissolve into vapor. Textures thin, reverberations stretch across a wide, cold expanse, and the last tonal remnants fade like phosphor trails. What remains is the afterimage—a sense that the transformation persists beyond the audible realm.

About the EP :

The 150th release on Ritter Butzke Studio welcomes the high talented dutch duo Mononoid to the label. First conceptualized in 2011, Andy Godderis and Igor Shumlyanskiy make up the Mononoid production duo. With recent releases, including their first album, on Einmusika Recordings, Lost & Found, Traum Schallplatten and remixes on a lot of other top notch labels it is no wonder that these two heroes are welcomed guests at every occasion. Their unique mixture of cinematographic and melodic techno forms highly enjoyable rides throughout every night. With the first track from this EP, 'Avoidless', they extracted the exact zeitgeist from the dancefloor to the studio, creating a driving Techno Bomb with a very catchy melody. 'Silent Truth' comes with a a deeper, mysterious atmosphere, that takes you on a thought provoking journey. The proof and at the same time the accolade for Mononoid comes with the last track of the EP and the Remix from electronic legend Petar Dundov. He is without a doubt one of the most inspiring, original and daring producers and we are really proud to have him on our label.
