I've written many songs, and it's all hidden in my journal. This is the first one that's ever been recorded. And this is the first one I wrote in Filipino Language. I know nothing about keys/chords and stuff since i never studied. But I recorded the words and music i had in mind and let my friend, MIC, hear it. And He listened and helped me out!

It's a paradoxical situation- waiting to see the one who's about to come and yet at the same time, already is and has always been here.Nandirito lang (here and present thought it appears absent): Just as the Sun never leaves. It may be night but the sun still is present in another form; it takes eyes of the heart to see clearly.

The day will come- The sun will come

A time of questioning the path of our lives, the direction we've taken, we're takin', and have yet to take. What are you looking for? Who is it?

Ginto (Gold): When the light of sun comes (revelation),we see everything in truth: what we thought of as gold, really isn't.The temporary lights that we thought we could never live without and we've followed our entire lives brought us nowhere and further aggravated the pain and emptiness in our hearts. They all suddenly appear artificial in contrast to the truest light of the sun.

What we've considered important -(disordered attachments) are not really.That is why everything that really isn't of value, just dies its own death.

Just as in a sun-lit room, i tried opening the flourescent light one day to put on make-up. I looked in the mirror and saw how the flourescent light couldnt provide the reflection i needed, and thus understanding came. Thanks to the sun, whose light pierced the hardened glass frame of my tinted window.

The day will come, and our hearts will find its rest. Restlesness will cease as soon as we find what our hearts truly and deeply hunger and thirst for. Hope amidst the waiting. Amidst the search for light.

A time of searching. Constant searching while struggling to remain steadfast in hope.We'll find what we have to find when it's time to find it or be found ourselves.

The Sun will come. Who is like the sun? That can melt our hardened, cold, grief-stricken and exhausted hearts.

So just wait. The day, the light, the warmth we need- it will surely come.There is hope.

And again, Who is like the Sun?
