The Trickster never sleeps, but as always, you make it sound fabulous.

The feel is so pleasant and joyful.  That does kind of cut against the lyric, which is a bit more sardonic.  That works really well in this context.  Much like the trickiness of the main character himself.

I want those peaceful days too! It’s definitely tricky to find them.

Ridiculously dressed up, here he comes.
The children look at him askance.
He shows up when the world is in a mess.
In other words, nothing fragile happens.

All of its statements are revolutionary and desperate.
You see what I mean?
People get confused and start running in the wrong direction.

Not only my house, but everything in the world needs maintenance.
We should stop and think about what we really need to do.

That's the kind of trick that makes doves pop out of silk hats.
There have been and will be others like him.
Unfortunately, history repeats itself.
