Fachjournalistin und EinBlick-Redakteurin Frederike Bauer sprach mit Lisa Holzgruber, die eine Software für die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Fachärzt:innen entwickelt hat.

Lisa Holzgruber ist Expertin im Personalmanagement und der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Ärzt:innen. Sie hat Internationale Betriebswirtschaft in Wien studiert und danach Personalmanagement in Schottland. Anschließend arbeitete sie im Personalmanagement eines Krankenhauses und hat dort die Abteilung für die Ärzteausbildung in einer Krankenhausgruppe aufgebaut. Nebenbei absolvierte sie einen MBA in Healthcare Management. Nach dem Aufbau der Abteilung gründete sie 2020 das Start-up rotable.

Rotable, ein Tech-Startup aus Wien, sieht sich als Partner für Kliniken. Mit seinen Lösungen unterstützt das Unternehmen Personalverantwortliche und trägt zur Ausbildung von zukünftigen Ärzt:innen bei.

RZN8R, pronounced “resonator,” is the moniker of Oakland-raised producer/singer Derek Buckwalter. Derek draws from a wide array of influences, fusing his passions for singing, new thought spirituality, and beats, to craft deep, lush, hypnotic grooves.

From early childhood, music and creativity pulsed through Derek’s veins. He involved himself in pursuits including piano, and the Oakland-based, Grammy-winning Pacific Boychoir Academy, whom he stayed with for nine years. Derek channeled his interest in spirituality into an extensive involvement with the Centers for Spiritual Living, a faith organization that sees love and connection in all things. He discovered that music production was the middle-man between his singing and spirituality. Learning music production opened Derek’s sound to whole new avenues of expression and elevated his singing into the 21st century. Derek devoted his pursuit into fusing acoustic music with electronic music and seeking out ways of playing electronic music live. By playing live, he believed that a performer fosters a deeper connection with their audience. 

RZN8R is the culmination of Derek’s experiences: his experiences with singing, with music production, his desire to seek out ways of making electronic music more live, as and his spiritual background. So far, Derek has played many venues and festivals in the Bay Area including 1015 Folsom, Mezzanine, Neck of the Woods, Brick & Mortar Music Hall, Bottom of the Hill, The Knockout, Piano Fight, Warehouse 416, Sofar Sounds, Oakland Drops Beats, GlowCon, Now Music SF, Madrone, 20 Mission, as well as SXSW in Austin. 

He has opened for artists including A-Trak. Chromeo, ARMNHMR, Duckwrth, Manics, ATTLAS, Martin Luther, Lolo Mayhew, Anamanaguchi, Monster Rally, TV Girl, Moldover, and Krystyn Pixton. Hope you vibe with his sounds as well.
