The album plays like a night at a South Bronx community center in 1973, but the “geeks” are crate-diggers, coders, gamers, and studio heads who obsess over breaks, signal chains, and culture history. Each track feels like a different moment of the party: the first needle drop, the breakers’ circle, the mic getting passed, and the late-night cool‑down when only the true heads remain. Sonically it’s raw, mono-to-stereo vintage hip-hop made from funk and soul breaks, with room noise, kids talking, train rumble, and DJ chatter baked into the mix.

This is the cover version of 'Planet Rock' by Mr. Confuse. In 2006 he did this cover of the original by Afrika Bambaataa with his first music project called "Breakout".
