Immediately I was drawn to this beat.  It formed an automatic connection and my first thought was Antwun.  He's always been my wingman and it's hard not having him around so I wrote this track for him to let him that he isn't alone in some of the choices he's made. There's time where I feel maybe I could be in his shoes just as easily he could've been in mine.

This is one of my favorites particularly because of how much fun I had recording it. The piano on the beat gives a kinda dystopian, cynical feel so I wanted the lyrics to cooperate.  Robots vs. Zombies to me is a different look on the social media/technological revolution in terms of culture and how people are becoming "robots" while "zombies" was my paranoia livin in a consumer based society..ya know all zombies want is to eat if that makes sense.

Been in Jersey City about a year and a half now, working on an album titled BLUE (Below, Lies Unidentified Emotions) almost done recording getting into the mixing/mastering phase. Hopefully ready for release by Christmas. 

Both Need You Now and Robots vs. Zombies are unmixed til release.
