Dedicated to Ability Beyond and the dual diagnosis ability beyond condominium program staff and people I lived with that got me out of homelessness and helped me stay sober.

As well as the people at the Department of Mental Health and addiction services that helped with psychiatry, therapy, social workers and help to get me connected to ability beyond. 

The symbolism of the album cover is how memories are made and forgotten even in places like psych wards where the poem was written.

The titles of the song are segways into how I felt at times during my last two years, when I was currently playing those songs, the advancements made after moving into the community I live in that supports empowerment in mental health and help from addiction. 

I do miss my life the way it was however it created so many health issues, I really hope this is my last time attempting sobriety.

If I have learned anything in two years it is that a home is better than a tent.
