What an event once again. The "Find Your Roots" series is well-alive and back again in Berlin City. This time Club Birgit opened its doors in order to host this event. DCMB connected with the Art||Dicction crew and @wieberoose joined the line-up.

Schritt 1

Alle Zutaten außer Adam Henkell Sekt in einem Shaker auf Eis gut schütteln. Anschließend in ein mit Eiswürfel vorgekühltes Glas abseihen und mit Sekt aufgießen.

35 ml	GREY GOOSE® VODKA
20 ml	Limettensaft
20 ml	Zuckersirup
20 ml	Mezcal
50 ml	Koscheres Salz
25 ml	Schwarze Pfefferkörner, zerdrückt
1	Scheibe Gurke
1	Zweig Koriander


preparation
Mix kosher salt with pepper. Brush the rim of an old fashioned glass with sesame oil and then dip into the pepper and salt mixture. Muddle cucumber and coriander in a shaker, add remaining ingredients and ice and double strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and coriander.

50 ml Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
10 ml Cointreau
7 ml orgeat or 15 ml simple syrup
15 ml lemon juice
20 ml red wine

Combine 50 ml (1¾ oz) Rémy Martin Accord Royal, 10 ml (⅓ oz) Cointreau, 7 ml (¼ oz) orgeat or simple syrup, and 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain over crushed ice
Top with a 20 ml (⅔ oz) red wine float.
