It's difficult to talk about sound. When we close our eyes and listen, there are no boundaries and as such, what we feel can often not be described with the words we know. Our feelings are unique & different.
There is no word or genre that unites the artists of the label. Putting a word on a style, in order to classify, takes part of the magic away. Instead, what unites us is our passion for sound, dancing with friends and growing together.

This months  « After Eight » focuses on songs written, produced and performed by contemporary women artists. It travels between ethereal r&b beats, strange soul voices and dreamy synths… 
Featuring some international figures like @babyxsosa or @alex-drewchin ; the UK new wave with @lavalarue, @carla-dal-forno, @djfauzia or @lauragrovesmusic ... And very local french South East artists like the talented young @creamy-g or the sensitive beaux-ardeuses jucouteau & @tisedrama .

Andrew Pekler & Giuseppe Ielasi – Ravenna

A year and a half has passed since Slovak-Hungarian artist Adela Mede self-released her debut album ‘Szabadság’. Its liner notes described it as “a navigation”, a search through “the personal, familial, cultural, folkloric and geographic of her past and present.” Her second album, ‘Ne Lépj a Virágra’ no longer searches; here, she puts down roots and delves deeper into the earthy reality of her home, Central Europe. Mede sings in three languages with newfound conviction and grace – this is an album of profound faith and confidence in the potential of this fertile soil.

This composition is an auditory meditation on the irrevocable moment when the condemned understands: his fate was inscribed before his first breath. The symmetry of time unveils its cruel perfection — the same void awaiting him at the end has dwelled within him from the beginning. The melody is not a lament, but the cold acknowledgment that suffering is not punishment, but the final truth.
