I find myself in the dance. It is a way for me to heal, to connect with myself and others and to be re-discovered in a place beyond space and time.  The movement breathes life into my body and opens up my heart. Breath is the first thing and last thing we do in life. Without the inhalation and exhalation there is no energy. So dancing is truly a gift to this body and soul of ours <3
