I was looking through an old external hard drive and found this track I recorded back in 2016. Figured I might as well share it now, because I remember liking it a lot at the time, but then I just sort of forgot about it. Trying to remix an old song like this was a real challenge. some days you just don't have it. all you want to do is create your next big masterpiece, but nothing works. i've been feeling like that a lot lately. nothing i do seems to be good enough anymore.

sometimes, when i feel this way, i find it's best to just record something. even if it's bad, at least i can say i was here, and i tried. this was one of those times...

on a side note, just look at how majestic my cat looks sitting on a pile of garbage. if you're ever feeling down, just think of him. and make something. anything. and sit upon your throne of garbage and be proud. I should probably stop drinking...
