Theory Therapy 65: Eden Aurelius

La transhumancia es un tipo de pastoreo tradicional que consiste en el traslado estacional del ganado entre diferentes zonas en busca de mejores condiciones climáticas y de pasto. Generalmente, en verano el ganado se traslada a zonas de alta montaña, mientras que en invierno desciende a tierras más cálidas.

Este sistema de pastoreo existe desde la prehistoria, cuando los primeros grupos humanos domesticaron animales y comenzaron a desplazarse con ellos. En la Antigüedad, muchas civilizaciones, como los romanos, promovieron la transhumancia mediante la construcción de caminos y leyes para regularla.

Durante la Edad Media, en Europa, la transhumancia se convirtió en una actividad económica clave, con la creación de rutas ganaderas como las Cañadas Reales en España. En esta época, los reyes protegieron esta práctica debido a su importancia para la producción de lana y carne.

A partir del siglo XIX y XX, con la industrialización y el desarrollo de la ganadería estabulada, la transhumancia comenzó a disminuir. Sin embargo, en algunas regiones del mundo aún se practica, no solo por su valor económico, sino también por su importancia cultural y ecológica.

a. Today it's raining in Lisbon, it feels heavy, yet strangely comfortable. The birds are calm, the dogs are dreaming while the ocean sleeps under a warm silver blanket.

q. what’s the best to way enjoy your mix?
a. While travelling from point A to point B

q. describe a favorite object in your living room...
a. Technically 7 objects but my seven dragon balls 🙂

q. are you working on any projects right now (music or not music)?
a. I'm working on a short film on London's parallel lives, from the point of view of a lighter.
