Summer Contrast 2025 – Oak Stage Closing Set (Melodic Techno & House)

We’re excited to share the full video of my recent set in Florianópolis, Brasil—now live on YouTube. This offering was especially close to my heart. My wife Bruna is from Brasil, and returning there to share music always feels like coming home. There’s something unmistakably powerful about the fiery, vibrant energy of this land and its people—it’s one of my favorite places to play in the world.

The set is infused with the pulse of Brasil, woven with many Brazilian songs that lit up the dance floor. From beginning to end, it was a celebration of connection, culture, and the power of music to bring us together. I’m grateful to everyone who was there to share this moment—and to those who will now experience it through the video. Let the spirit of Floripa move you.

A few months back, there was a most wonderfully magical gathering to celebrate a dear friend's 50th cycle of the sun.

I was privileged enough to be able to play for many hours on the last day, Sunday, from late afternoon into the night. Prior to this, a request had made for electro schwing so I started scouring for fresh wobblas and naughty beats and was suitably blown away. 

Here's the first couple of hours that fit roughly in that genre before I started getting deeper and naughtier in pt.2 as the light faded.
