Random stuff in my backyard

Live jam with the Elektron Analog Rytm and a modular synth. Drumloops and some percussion / samples are prepared in advance but leads, effects and textures are coming from the modular and created fully on the spot.  It's as much a discovery for me every time as it is to anyone listening.

Modular Jam 1

Live techno with a modular synth rig. The main voice is Basimilus Iteritas Alter by Noise Engineering. This thing has been a fixture in my rig since the beginning and now it's completely the center and heart-and-soul of my act. I love how it can fade in and out of percussion and I love the million tones of toms, chord-y fm-y sounds. The master is further processed with a 500 series lunchbox containing a pultec style eq and a tube saturator. These are also with me during live performances. The only touchup after recording was a little eq correction and a limiter to bring up the level a bit.
