This summer Secession Records releases new four track EP by label owner, Volster. Two years since the debut record on Secession, Volster is back with tracks that are showing artist's evolution sonically while still retaining that signature textured sound. Release will be avaliable both on vinyl and digital medium. EP contains remix of title track „Without A Fight I Am Nothing“ by Setaoc Mass and digital medium will have some bonus remixes from talented Alarico and Assumption.

The title track „Without A Fight I Am Nothing“ starts without restraint, it gives us pure and clean techno from the beginning and it developes in textured sound that Volster is famous by.
„Without A Fight I am Nothing“ remix by Setaoc Mass is a no-nonsense sharp techno cut ready to shake the club floors as soon as they are ready to open again.
„The Wolf“ continues in the same vibe and invites us to move even more. It is perfect culmination of the EP. 
„The Reason I Tell You Truth Is Because I Love You“ is deeper and more dramatic piece of release and it's subtile and darker surrounding builds up tension from the start.
Digital medium has two bonus remixes; „The Wolf“ remix by Alarico and „The Reason I Tell You The Truth Is Because I Love You“ by Assumption. These two young and talented DJ's should definitely be on everyone's watchlist.

Volster - The Wolf [Artaphine Premiere]

@monovsn, focuses his style on techno atmospheres, influenced from 90’s Detroit and early-electronic music to the new experimental drones and patterns. He reports natural and complex feelings in his productions, following a non-genre but emotional line. His sets are built up with careful music aesthetic among a balance between atmospheres and hypnotic grooves. His strong passion and continuously research of knowledge for electronic music shown during the years, led him in 2015 to become a founder of the @oecusmusic project, established in Berlin, which settled up rapidly as a solid music sharing platform, electronic underground events aiming to promote emerging artists in the techno panorama.

Metempsychosis vinyl 002 invites you to the sonic soundscapes of Flaminia along with remixes by Headless Horseman and Ancestral Voices. 

An epic trip inspired by the Sanskrit story of Agni, the God of Fire, originally narrated in ancient India. Dark percussive sounds walk the listener through the Fire’s curse to be the devourer of everything in this world, destroyer of everything it touches. Ethereal drones and atavistic strings reveal the turning point of this adventure when the curse is reversed in such a way that Agni - the Fire - becomes the purifier of all the things it touches. This story, brought to life by sound, teaches that reality and matter itself are actually shaped by perception and can change according to interpretation. Fire can be feared as a destroyer or admired as a purifier. Fire, just like death, is a crucial element of life on earth. A different perception of the world can change your world. So abandon yourself and embrace the fire.
