Surah Ikhlas by Saad Al-Quraishi
Hazrat Aishah RA said, "The Prophet sent a man as the commander of a war expedition and he used to lead his companions in prayer with recitation (of the Quran). And he would complete his recitation with the recitation, 'say He is Allah, One'. So when they returned, they mentioned that to the Prophet and he said, "Ask him why does he do that". So they asked him and he said, "Because it is the description of Ar-Rahman and I love to recite it". So the Prophet said, "Inform him that Allah the Most High Loves him."

اُم المؤمنین سیّدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک شخص کو لشکر کا سردار بنا کر بھیجا، وہ نماز میں (یعنی ہر رکعت میں) اپنی قرأت قُلْ ھُوَ اللّٰہُ أَحَدٌ پر ختم کرتے، جب لشکر والے لوٹ کر مدینہ میں آئے تو انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا، آپ نے فرمایا: 
’’ اس سے پوچھو: ایسا کیوں کرتا ہے؟ لوگوں نے پوچھا، وہ کہنے لگا: اس سورت میں اللہ کی صفتیں مذکور ہیں، مجھ کو اس کا پڑھنا اچھا لگتا ہے۔ ‘‘ ’’ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 
’’اس سے کہو اللہ تجھ سے محبت کرتے ہیں۔‘‘
أخرجہ البخاري في کتاب التوحید
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ۔
کہو کہ وہ الله ایک ہے
اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ۔
اللہ بےنیاز ہے
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ۔
نہ کسی کا باپ ہے اور نہ کسی کا بیٹا
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ۔
اور کوئی اس کا ہمسر نہیں

اَلتَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِبَاتُ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ اَيُّهَاالنَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَ عَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لاَّ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ
O’ ALLAH! YOU Alone deserve all Veneration, Worship and Glory. O Prophet! Peace be on you and the Mercy of ALLAH and HIS Blessings.
Peace be upon us and on righteous servants of ALLAH.
I bear witness that none is worthy of Worship except ALLAH and I bear witness that Muhammad is HIS servant and Messenger.
سب زبانی بدنی اور مالی عبادتیں الله ہی کے لیے ہیں
اے الله کے نبی آپ پر سلام اور اللہ کی رحمت اور اسکی برکات نازل ہوں

Hazrat Moosa A.S. once asked Allah Ta'aala to prescribe to him a Zikr whereby he could remember Allah. Allah Ta'ala said to him:"Oh Moosa, recite "Laa-ilaaha-illailah" ", Moosa A.S. replied, " All Your creation recite this Zikr, I desire something special ". Allah Ta'ala then said:" Oh Moosa, if the seven earths and the seven skies (including the Angels and all living beings) is placed on one pan of a scale and this Kalimah is placed on the other pan of the scale, this Kalimah (because it contains the name of Allah) will outweigh everything". Mullah Ali Qaari (Rahmatutiahi-Alayhi) explains how this is possible : The seven earths and the seven skiescontain all the creation of Allah. Subsequently a day will come when all the creation will be destroyed, but the Oneness (Being) of Allah will remain eternally and can never be destroyed. Thus, the Oneness of Allah is weightier than everything.

It has also been narrated in a Hadeeth that there is a Pillar in front of the Arsh of Allah, which begins vibrating heavily when a person recites "Laa-ilaa-ha-illallah". Allah commands it thus: "Stop! be at ease". The Pillar replies, " How can I be at ease when the reciter of "Laa- ilaaha-illallah" has not been forgiven". Then Allah says to it : "Stop! I have forgiven the reciter of "Laa-ilaaha-iliallah".

اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَا أَنْتَ
Allahumma rahmataka arju fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'aynin wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu la ilaha ila anta

O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye, and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshiped except You.

Oh Allah, i hope for your mercy. Do not tire me of me even for a moment. place all my affair in order. there is no God but you.(Abu dawud 4/324)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا تُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّـهِ تَوْبَةً نَّصُوحًا عَسَىٰ رَ‌بُّكُمْ أَن يُكَفِّرَ‌ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَيُدْخِلَكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِ‌ي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ‌ يَوْمَ لَا يُخْزِي اللَّـهُ النَّبِيَّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ ۖ نُورُ‌هُمْ يَسْعَىٰ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَانِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَ‌بَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَ‌نَا وَاغْفِرْ‌ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ‌
O you who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance! It may be that your Lord will remit from you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) the Day that Allah will not disgrace the Prophet (Muhammad SAW) and those who believe with him, their Light will run forward before them and with (their Records Books of deeds) in their right hands they will say: "Our Lord! Keep perfect our Light for us [and do not put it off till we cross over the Sirat (a slippery bridge over the Hell) safely] and grant us forgiveness. Verily, You are Able to do all things."

كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ‌ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِ‌جَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُ‌ونَ بِالْمَعْرُ‌وفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ‌ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّـهِ ۗ وَلَوْ آمَنَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لَكَانَ خَيْرً‌ا لَّهُم ۚ مِّنْهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُ‌هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
مومنو جتنی امتیں (یعنی قومیں) لوگوں میں پیدا ہوئیں تم ان سب سے بہتر ہو کہ نیک کام کرنے کو کہتے ہو اور برے کاموں سے منع کرتے ہو اور خدا پر ایمان رکھتے ہو اور اگر اہلِ کتاب بھی ایمان لے آتے تو ان کے لیے بہت اچھا ہوتا ان میں ایمان لانے والے بھی ہیں (لیکن تھوڑے) اور اکثر نافرمان ہیں
You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah . If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient. Quran SURAH AL IMRAN (10)

Alif-Lam-Ra. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. These are the Verses of the Clear Book (the Quran that makes clear the legal and illegal things, legal laws, a guidance and a blessing). Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand. We relate unto you (Muhammad SAW) the best of stories through Our Revelations unto you, of this Quran. And before this (i.e. before the coming of Divine Inspiration to you), you were among those who knew nothing about it (the Quran). (Remember) when Yusuf (Joseph) said to his father: "O my father! Verily, I saw (in a dream) eleven stars and the sun and the moon, I saw them prostrating themselves to me." He (the father) said: "O my son! Relate not your vision to your brothers, lest they arrange a plot against you. Verily! Shaitan (Satan) is to man an open enemy! "Thus will your Lord choose you and teach you the interpretation of dreams (and other things) and perfect His Favour on you and on the offspring of Ya'qub (Jacob), as He perfected it on your fathers, Ibrahim (Abraham) and Ishaque (Isaac) aforetime! Verily, your Lord is All-Knowing, All-Wise."
