It was such an honor and a privilege to be invited back to play this legendary venue in Berlin. Sisyphos was celebrating their anniversary with their 'Hippyphos' week-long celebration. I played on the Strand (beach) stage from 19:00-22:30, it was ripping with tons of beautiful people in the moment, and it was one of my favorite sets I've played this year. After not being in Berlin for over 3 years due to the pandemic this was an incredibly special experience for me and I'm so grateful to have returned for my 3rd time playing at one of my favorite venues in the world. 

Thank you to everyone that danced with me, celebrated this incredible space, and got lost in the music... and a big thank you to Sisyphos for welcoming back. I'll remember this experience forever. 

We had to cut off the recorder for the last 30 minutes of my set for the next act to get ready, but here's 3 hours of gritty, groovy, techno, techy goodness. I'm grateful to share this with you and I hope you enjoy the experience.

"Half-Italian, half-German, raised in Belgium, trained by an ex-Kraftwerk percussionist, leveled up in Berlin, and adored by the Dirtybird organization, Sacha Robotti is part of some evil transcontinental conspiracy to manufacture the perfect house DJ. And it seems like it just might have worked.

When Robotti makes a rare stateside excursion to perform at the upcoming, inaugural Dirtybird Campout next weekend, he'll be bringing his A-game, assuming he doesn't get taken out by Claude during capture the flag or attacked by a gang of ornery squirrels hopped up from nibbling substances they found on the ground. Both of these are legitimate possibilities.

'Animal Encounters' is the theme for the mix Robotti has put together for us, so imagine a dance circle of ornery squirrels getting down to Butch, DJ Funk, Radio Slave, DJ Deeon, Kill Frenzy and Robotti himself in what is an immediately-gripping selection of house and techno cuts.

What's Up Desert Hearts Family,

The next live set comes from one of my best homies, Lubelski. This year we had him play during the fashion show, kicking off our Saturday afternoon for the Desert Hearts block. 

Lubelski is one of my favorite producers right now and it really shows how much he grinds in the studio by how many of his own tunes he played in his set. The whole thing is super eclectic, fun, weird, and littered with modular goodness.
