Sitting gleefully on the razor-sharp, cutting edge of the sonic range, Russian don Maykors has really proven his production mettle as of late, making standout appearances across a diverse subsection of labels including Four Corners Music, inHabit Recordings, Data Music, Impact Music and Celsius, drawing press support from titans Skankandbass and Drum&BassArena along the way. In short, it's been a cracking journey so far for the talented beatsmith. Drawing for a sharp array of snappy, electronica-infused beats which sound especially clean and cleaver-like at 174BPM, London scene-lynchpins Engage Audio were the perfect next step for Maykors. Here, he embarks on a fresh new 2-tracker made up of the brilliantly evil, progressive 'Zodiak' and this corker, 'Run' - an effortlessly stylish production that really holds its own within our comparisons to the likes of IMANU and Buunshin.

OTW Premiere: Maykors - Run [Engage Audio]

After stepping to the fore in 2018, Averse has quickly made a name for herself across the UK’s drum & bass scene. Quick-fire mixing and a razor sharp selection set her apart from her peers as she blends tech-infused tracks with heavy, rolling tunes. 

Her performance credits – both solo and as part of D&B power trio Nuance – include Shogun Audio, Overview, Free From Sleep, Skankandbass, (with a forthcoming appearance at Hospitality on the Beach 2021) supporting artists such as Ulterior Motive, Technimatic, Insideinfo, Pola & Bryson and Arkaik along the way. 

Averse’s accomplishments to date are impressive and she is still only reaching her stride, marking an undeniably bright future for this talented young DJ.
