Flow arts has been a huge part of my life for the past 7 years now, and has always been there in the best and worst of times. 
Tapping into the flow-state provides us with a constant safe space to return to and has changed the way I live, move, breathe, and act. Flow truly still helps me in indescribable ways, strengthening my entire mind body and soul connection with music itself 
I’m so grateful so how in-tune this art form has made me, how close it’s brought me to myself, and how close it brings people together.
This song has undergone the utmost transformation out of anything I’ve ever made so far, and the stories behind every second of its metamorphosis have helped to shape this entire musical journey.
I hope you flow away from all of your worries and illusions that are confining the child-like wonder within our souls.
