I am so glad to release my first ever meditation album! I used to be teased and bullied about my voice for many many years, and now I am proud to say that I've been able to use my voice to bring hope, healing, and joy to thousands of people around the world. This FREE album is a collection of original spoken word, meditations, words of affirmation, prayers, quotes and more over instrumental music (I do not own and did not create the music). I believe that what we listen to, watch and read deeply impacts and effects our lives. We've been listening to lies and negativity for so long- it's time for something different. As an overcomer of depression, anxiety and panic attacks, paranoia and paralyzing fear, I am grateful to be an encouragement to anyone who is suffering in silence, and for those who will boldly embrace positivity and optimism.
